Hello Everyone,

First, this post arrives a week late. I'm sorry for the delay.
This week begins with one of the more unpredictable astrological combinations we’ve seen in a while.
Yesterday, on July 4, Mars and Uranus came together in Gemini, bringing fast-moving, surprising, and sometimes disruptive energy. Mars is heat and action. Uranus is change, breakthroughs, and the unexpected. Together, they can bring everything from sudden weather events and technological glitches to unexpected shifts in the way information moves through the collective.
That doesn’t mean something dramatic has to happen this week. Astrology describes the quality of the energy we’re working with, not a fixed outcome.
One thing I think many of us may notice is the effect this energy has on our nervous systems. Gemini rules communication, learning, and the way we process information. Mars speeds everything up. Uranus can feel like a lightning bolt. If your mind feels busier than usual or you’re finding it harder to filter out the constant stream of information, know that you’re not alone.
At the same time, Jupiter recently entered Leo and is beginning an opposition to Pluto in Aquarius. Jupiter expands whatever it touches. Pluto intensifies. Together they invite us to dig deeper and ask harder questions.
What really deserves our attention?
What is actually true?
Where are we giving our power away?
What beliefs are ready to grow, and which ones have outlived their usefulness?
Rather than trying to answer those questions all at once, I think this is a week to slow down enough to let the answers come in their own time.
If we spend too much time watching the news or engaging with whatever disastrous story is in the headlines today, it can feel as if the whole world is coming apart. But if we stop and take a grateful breath or maybe step outside and listen to the birds sing or just offer a friendly hello to our next-door neighbor, then life feels remarkably ordinary.
Both experiences are real.
But staying informed and staying overwhelmed are not the same thing.
That’s why I think this week’s Tarot card will be a big help.
Tarot Guidance: Queen of Winter

For me, this week’s card is one of my oldest and most trusted companions: the Queen of Winter.
This Queen got me through my own season of profound change. She showed up again and again as I found the courage to leave what no longer fit and trust the path ahead. Every time she appears, she reminds me that strength doesn’t have to be loud. Sometimes it simply means taking the next best step.
She reminds me that the wisdom we need isn’t always something we’re born with. Sometimes it’s something we gain by living through difficult seasons. She has seen heartbreak, disappointment, unexpected change, and loss, yet she has never lost her strength, her sense of humor, or her ability to see clearly.
One of my favorite messages from this Queen is that she long ago let go of people and situations that brought more drama than joy into her life.
I smile every time I read that because I think she would gently encourage us to put down our phones once in a while and reconnect with what is real and present right in front of us.
The astrology suggests there is a great deal happening in the collective right now. The Queen reminds us that we don’t have to carry all of it on our shoulders.
Don’t confuse collective turbulence with your own inner reality.
Until we move into 5D, there will always be moments when the world feels unsettled. Wisdom isn’t found by pretending those moments don’t exist. Wisdom is found in learning how to keep your footing while the wind is blowing.
As you move through this week, stay curious. Stay informed. Listen for your own inner guidance. Spend time with people who bring you peace. If you can, step outside. Listen to the birds. Feel the warmth of the sun. Notice the flowers that continue blooming despite everything else going on.
There is more than one story being lived right now.
Don’t lose sight of your own.
I hope this week's reading helps you find your balance and enjoy the ordinary in your life.

Faye
